ご注文のキャンセル・返品・交換方法
■お客様のご都合による返品、注文のキャンセル、交換等
お客様のご都合によるご注文のキャンセルは、ご注文後商品の発送前に限りお受けしております。
発送後は残念ながら承る事が出来かねますので、予めご了承ください。
■商品不具合の場合
商品の管理には万全を期しておりますが、万が一不具合（初期不良、破損、汚れなど）がございましたら、商品到着後7 日以内に下記よりご連絡下さい。
交換品の送料は弊社負担で、新品と交換させて頂きます。
なお、お手許の不具合品に関しましては、大変お手数ですが日本国内の弊社でご案内する住所へ着払いでご返送して頂けると幸いでございます。
メールにて送り先等詳しいご案内をさせて頂きます。
■商品が届かない、誤った商品が到着した場合
送料は弊社負担にて、直ちに再送付いたします。
商品が届かない場合は、商品注文後2週間以内および、誤った商品が到着した場合は、商品到着後7 日以内に下記よりご連絡下さい。
なお、お手許の誤って届いた商品につきまして、大変お手数ですが日本国内の弊社でご案内する住所へ着払いでご返送して頂けると幸いでございます。
メールにて送り先等詳しいご案内をさせて頂きます。
但し、以下の様にお客様のご事情により商品の配達がされなかった場合は、保証対象外となりますのでご注意下さい。
- お客様情報（お名前、ご住所etc.）に誤りがあった場合。
- 長期ご不在などの理由で、配送業者の保管期限切れとなった場合。
Returns, order cancellations and exchanges
Cancellation of orders due to customer's convenience may accept only before the product shipping.

Defect
if there is any defect (initial defect or damage), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will replace the item with a new one at our expense.
If you cannot reach your order a while or received different items, please contact us. We will immediately resend the item(s) at our expense.
However, please note that the warranty does not apply to the following cases where the product not delivered due to the customer's circumstances.
If there is an error in the customer information (name and address, etc.).
If the holding period of the delivery company has expired due to a prolonged absence or other reasons.
